This form is used as the actions to be taken over the 30 days after the completion of a TPM workshop. This form tracks identified TPM issues discovered during the workshop that could not be completed during the workshop. The TPM Action Log describes the activities, assigns the person responsible for completion, and provides possible solutions. Using this form assists in continuance of a sustainable TPM program.
