This package consists of one pad of each of the forms included in our 5S Office training package, 5 pads. It is provided at a discount to encourage the use of these forms to ensure the highest success rate of 5S facilitators. Enna encourages each facilitator to take advantage of the greater value of the Solution Package with all its components such as the forms for the 5S Office Solution Package.

All forms are designed to accomplish two main roles in a 5S Office program: involve and document. A pad consists of 25 - 11x14 sheets of paper with a cardboard backing.
