An effective form used to log all items that have been identified and tagged in an area’s 5S Red Tagging event. This form logs each 5S red tagged item, classification and course of action to be taken so it can be tracked. Using this form provides a single point of control and reference for your tracking movement of equipment and materials during a workshop.
