The inspection form is used to provide a plan-view highlight of the processes required at an area of responsibility. This can be an entire machine or it can be a specific device on a machine. The determining factor will be the level of activities needed within a specific area of the machine.

General assessment criteria will link this form to the Autonomous Maintenance Form. The TPM Inspection Form highlights Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly checks as well as safety, morale, and any visual icons that may be needed on the machine or part.
