Data Boxes are used as the basis for all collection of data in Value Stream Mapping. Data Boxes standardize information gathering and keep the user focused on accurate collection.

Enna’s Value Stream Mapping Forms are designed for practicality. They also are geared towards three purposes: involvement, documentation, and presentation. The Data Box pads consist of 40 – 4x7 inch, self-adhering sheets with wax paper backing.
