How do I return an item?

 

Shipping & Return Policies

Standard Delivery

• All order processing occurs on business days only, which are Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5 pm EST.
• Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or after 4 pm EST are processed the next business day.
• All packages are delivered Monday through Friday.
• Stock items ship out with in 24-48 hours, unless otherwise noted.

NOTE: Many of our items are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. As such, you may receive multiple packages.

Shipping & Freight

• United Parcel Service (UPS) is the package service used by Anything Lean.
• Unless otherwise requested, all orders are shipped via UPS Ground service.
• Expedited methods of freight are also available, such as UPS Next Day Air, and UPS 2nd Day Air.
• There is no guarantee that order received after 12 pm EST will ship the same day. We suggest you call to verify same day shipments.
• Anything Lean is not held responsible for any delays UPS may incur due to circumstances beyond their control.
This would include but not limited to: weather conditions, mechanical delays, equipment failures.
• Anything Lean is not held responsible for any delays UPS incurs due to incomplete address information, or wrong address provided by the customer.
• Estimated delivery time 3-7 business days.
• All packages are insured when they leave Anything Lean. If a package is damaged in shipment , you should not accept the package without    appropriate documentation of damage. Anything Lean is not responsible for merchandise damaged in shipping.


Cancellations

Once an order is placed it goes immediately into production. You must contact Anything Lean immediately if you need to cancel the order.


Damages

Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. The package and product must be held on to for 10 business days. UPS may require to see the condition of the package.

Anything Lean accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Discover


Products

Anything Lean reserves the right to change the specifications of its stock products without notice.


Returns

Stock items can be returned but are subjected to a restocking charge of 25%. Please contact Anything Lean at 352-505-9805 before the return of any materials to obtain a return authorization #. Packages returned without authorization have to be refused.

Shortages

Claims for shortages must be made within 3 business days from the date of delivery. Claims made after 3 business days will not be accepted.


Warranty

Anything Lean warrants its products to be free from defects at the time they are sold. The customer is responsible for testing the products for their intended use. Anything Lean cannot be held responsible for the customers inability to use the products purchased. Anything Lean's liability is limited to the replacement of the products sold, provided it can be determined that they were defective at the time they were sold. AnythingLean can not be held liable for any loss, damage, or expense of any kind as a result of the use, or inability to use Anything Lean's products. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty expressed or implied.
